Volunteer your time and help support the NZ House & Garden Tours

 
 

If you’ve thought about volunteering your time for a good cause, we invite you to consider volunteering for the NZ House & Garden Tours.

We’re looking to fill volunteer roles as supervisors as well as half-day and full-day volunteers to help us run the tours in conjunction with Breast Cancer Foundation NZ.

In appreciation for your time, we will offer all volunteers an exclusive discount on tickets, as well as some treats from the event sponsors. And of course, you’ll get the envious opportunity to be stationed at one of the fabulous houses on the tour!

 
 

Volunteer opportunities

 

1. Supervisor

The Supervisor is responsible for looking after the team of volunteers as well as being the point of contact at an assigned house.

Supervisor shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Please note: We please ask Supervisors to be available the night prior to the tour for meet & greet drinks with the homeowners.


2. Full-Day Volunteer

Shifted Volunteers will be stationed at one of the houses helping with security, car parking and the flow of people visiting.

Full-day shift: 8:30AM - 4:15PM

3. Half-Day Volunteer

Volunteers will be stationed at one of the houses helping with security, car parking and the flow of people visiting.

Half-day shift options:
Shift one: 8:30AM - 12:30PM
Shift two: 12:15PM - 4:15PM
